- route sidebar compat traffic through mnote-web and tighten fixture fallback to dev/test

- sync phase3/phase4 checklist, breakdown docs, and harness progress state

- 收口 rust final closure checklist，推进页面/块系统/Mindmap/CLI/AI tools 到最终 cutover 状态

- 按 ai-frontend-simplification-plan-v1 接入 Hermes bridge，合并 AI 面板并清理旧前端编排残留

- 补充 harness 任务与进度记录，加入 CLI smoke 夹具/脚本，并修正文档页 bridge SSR 自请求回退逻辑

- 补 OnlyOffice callback 附件写回的 media asset bridge 适配层，并继续扩展 documents bridge/测试覆盖

- 提交当前 OMX hooks 删除与 Harness 运行状态文件更新，保留本轮任务执行轨迹

- 一并提交仓库中已跟踪的 Rust target 构建产物与相关协议桥接变更，确保工作区清零
