Reasonix Worker D: Filetree Context Menu Sidex Alignment

背景
用户报告：文件树右键菜单大多没有实际作用；主页面使用右键菜单“侧边栏显示”提示暂不支持在侧栏打开资源。用户要求核对 Sidex 右键菜单，调整当前可用菜单。

不要修改 Office、slash 定位、默认 workspace、ACP/Hermes 文件。你不是独自在代码库中工作；不要回滚、覆盖、格式化或清理其他 worker 的改动。不要提交 git。
任务
- 对照 Sidex/VSCode ExplorerContext 的原则：只显示/启用可用动作。
- local_folder 下：
New File继续创建页面。New Folder接入create_folder或隐藏/禁用但不能误导。Copy Path复制真实 relative path / asset path，不是标题。Reveal至少滚动聚焦并记录状态。Duplicate若没有真实 copy，隐藏或禁用。Open Right只对页面显示；资源未支持侧栏时隐藏，避免 unsupported placeholder。
- 更新字符串测试。
