Persist PageTree expand state via control-plane view-state and align chevron/DOM with restored expansion; keep Sidex-style shallow page-tree scan and drop the unused recursive scanner that only added cargo noise. Add password vault workbench routes/runtime/skill/CLI, split page_ai_pi into a module package, and retire Hermes/ACP/OpenHub recycle + root harness evidence from the index while gitignoring recycle and local diag dumps. Archive superseded design/bugs docs under old/, point architecture at ARCHITECTURE.md, and refresh smokes for Pi S1–S7, vault, and editor regressions so the working tree can stay clean.

[done]：问题已修复，且已通过代码、smoke、浏览器或截图证据验证[process]：问题已确认存在，仍在修复、验证或等待收口[recycle]：问题依赖已退役架构或已被后续主线覆盖，仅保留审计证据，统一归档到bugs/old/
分类方式
bugs/默认镜像design/的主线分类方式。- 当前主线缺陷按对应大类放置，例如：
01-tree-first-graph-kernel/02-convex-rust-long-term-architecture/03-rust-web/04-tree-domain/05-editor-mainline/06-mindmap/07-ai/
- 每个大类继续按
process/与done/分层；已退役或不再适用当前主线的记录移至bugs/old/<大类>/<状态>/。
归类原则
- 缺陷归类以真正 owner 和长期主线为准，不以表面症状命名。
sidebar、topbar、breadcrumb、文档页壳、Wolai 体验对齐、页面树与主编辑器整体体验问题，优先归到05-editor-mainline/。projection、row model、selection/focus model、keyboard、DnD、tree command、page_tree/file_tree/sidebar_tree协议问题，优先归到04-tree-domain/。transport、route、SSR page shell owner、compat/bridge 边界问题，按 owner 判断是否落到03-rust-web/或05-editor-mainline/。
流转规则
- 新确认的缺陷先进入对应大类的
process/。 - 缺陷在真实代码中修复并完成对应验证后，必须移动到对应大类的
done/。 - 不允许在
process/与done/同时保留同一条缺陷。 bugs/old/中的记录不得作为新增实现、测试或架构判断依据；标题必须标记[recycle]。- 若后续发现旧缺陷记录归类错误，应直接迁移到正确大类，而不是在错误大类继续追加。
