Agent Board 2deaf59f7b feat: run mnote-web prod under systemd --user with auto-restart 
Replace detached spawn with mnote-web-prod.service (Restart=always,
enable + Linger). prod:start installs the unit, writes env/current
symlink, and restarts via systemctl so the gateway survives kills and
logout. Also drop unused std::fs import in web_shell.

Agent Board 262e66b02e feat: purge legacy agent hosts and land vault Chrome extension path 
Retire ACP/Hermes/OpenCode surfaces and rename hermes_tools to
mnote_agent_tools so Page AI stays on Pi Lab only. Add Chrome vault
extension + extension token route, pre-release purge design, and soft-retire
legacy smokes for the small-group production cut.

Agent Board b798f628ee chore: land tree view-state, vault, Pi module split, and repo hygiene 
Persist PageTree expand state via control-plane view-state and align
chevron/DOM with restored expansion; keep Sidex-style shallow page-tree
scan and drop the unused recursive scanner that only added cargo noise.

Add password vault workbench routes/runtime/skill/CLI, split page_ai_pi
into a module package, and retire Hermes/ACP/OpenHub recycle + root
harness evidence from the index while gitignoring recycle and local
diag dumps.

Archive superseded design/bugs docs under old/, point architecture at
ARCHITECTURE.md, and refresh smokes for Pi S1–S7, vault, and editor
regressions so the working tree can stay clean.

  3) dashboard tab with 4 cards + refresh
  4) tab persistence after page refresh

Fixes for 06327d59 regressions:

1. Extensions tab invisible: global panel missing closing tag, extensions panel nested inside hidden global section
2. Search test 422: performKnowledgeRagSearch missing workspaceId/rootUri/sourceKind in request body
3. Search params broken: loadKnowledgeRagSearchParamsToForm and syncKnowledgeRagThresholdDisplay not exported from settings runtime

835/838 Rust tests pass (3 pre-existing failures)
